THE PROPERTY

This five-acre oasis is nestled within twenty-five acres of conservation land and centrally located on Nantucket’s ocean facing south shore. Its privacy, serenity, and proximity provide an ideal gateway to experience the best Nantucket has to offer.

The compound includes a main residence and a guest house available together or separately, selectively, when not in use by the family. The main house accommodates twelve guests across six bedrooms, plus additional flexible staff accommodations. The guest house accommodates ten guests across five bedrooms. An acre of land and a carriage house sit between the two homes, providing visual and experiential separation.

From June through late fall, weekly harvests are delivered to the doorstep of each residence from the estate’s organic potager. The formal gardens are open for guests to explore and may be reserved for private gatherings.

A function barn provides an option for dinners, celebrations, recreation, and wellness activities.

Amenities at the main residence include a private par-three golf hole with multiple tee distances, a state-of-the-art theater with concession area and nearby lounge, a fire pit, a hammock grove, and, of course, the salt water infinity pool, the island’s largest. There’s Peloton Bike+ and light weights in the guest house.

Recent interior design renovations in each residence provide a polished and relaxed environment for family and friends to gather and create lasting memories with ample space to find individual peace.
