The Barn
The barn at One Pochick is the soul of the estate and a storied entertainment gem. It can accommodate private dinners, seminars, meetings, weddings, parties and art shows. With our removable, cushioned exercise flooring it’s perfect for yoga or cardio classes live, through YouTube, or by AirPlaying apps like Peloton from your personal device to our Roku-equipped 55” 4K TV. There’s weight equipment and a work-out bench. There’s a ping pong table in the loft. It’s also a great place to escape and watch televised sports. The barn is available to on-property residents through separate arrangement and outside the core summer weeks for individual events.
The barn features over two stories of open space, a handsome fireplace with stone hearth and reclaimed brick flooring. There’s a commercial kitchen for use by a private chef or catering (stove, range, griddle, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher). There’s one half bath in the barn.
In the back, there’s barstool seating within a screened-in porch equipped with a wet bar and another Roku TV likewise equipped with cable channels and other applications as in the residences.
Outside the screened-in porch is a stone patio offering outdoor table seating and an outdoor wood-burning pizza oven. The stone patio is accented by a pergola, flower boxes and an enclosed privet hedge with tasteful evening lighting.
The barn has Wi-Fi and Sonos. It can also accommodate audio-visual equipment for presentations.
