THE BARN
The barn is the soul of the estate and a storied entertainment gem. It serves as a natural extension of the residences, well suited to intimate dinners and celebratory gatherings.
The barn arena offers an expansive open volume spanning more than two stories, anchored by a large stone fireplace and reclaimed brick floors. Amenities include a full kitchen, half bath, ambient evening lighting, Wi-Fi, and Sonos throughout.
The Harpoon Saloon in the back opens to an outdoor patio and provides a relaxed escape—ideal for AirPlaying memories at cocktail hour or watching a game.
Removable cushioned flooring allows the barn to transition easily into a space for training and movement classes. Weight equipment, a workout bench, and a ping-pong table are also available.
